We also service most makes of laser printers. Service calls cost far less than comparable
service from other dealers or distributers and can usually be arranged for the same day.
Consumer Facts:
1. You have the right to use the printer supplies of your choice. It is illegal to require you to use only the original equipment manufacturer's (O.E.M.) brand of supplies. If the sales person requests that you must use only a certain brand, ask them to provide a copy of their policy in writing. Anyone who insists on voiding a warranty or charging you for a service call because they found non-O.E.M. supplies in use, is probably not treating you fairly.
