Kel-Tech Laser
Inc. warrants that each cartridge is to be free of defects in both material and workmanship.
Kel-Tech Laser Inc. Cartridges have been remanufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring
performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer.
Kel-Tech Laser Inc. will replace the cartridge or refund full purchase price of any printer cartridge
found to be defective.
Kel-Tech Laser Inc. also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use(including
operation of printer equipment within specifications) our printer cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal
wear or any deterioration to nay compatible Laser printers. If a defect in a Kel-Tech printer cartridge
causes a printer to fail, within the period covered by the printer manufacturer' warranty, Kel-Tech will
reimburse our customers for the full amount for all service and repair of the printer. This warranty
is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due
to a defect in Kel-Tech's printer cartridge, including a written statement on the service company's letterhead,
dated and signed by the companies field a sales or service representative: and proof that failure occurred
during the period covered by the printer manufacturer' s warranties.
Kel-Tech's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This
warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
